Kiskunmajsa – Where even the sun takes a rest

     

“There is a place under the Sun somewhere between Bugac and Opusztaszer,” say residents of Kiskunmajsa, “where everybody can find rest to their own pleasure.” The therapeutic water of Majsa’s bath is used in the medicinal pools in the wood-beamed hall, in addition to the pools outdoors. A natural pond suitable for swimming has been formulated on its grass- and tree-covered property, where a fishing lake can also be found. Different generations are indulged by a pleasure pool, a kids’ water paradise,a four-slide fun park,and a wave pool reminiscent of seaside bathing. Next door to the bath are motel rooms, comfortable wood cabins, and apartments available to visitors of Jonathermal.
